Round Roast
These lean roasts are FULL of flavor.
Cut from the hard-working back legs and butt of an animal, these cuts benefit from tenderizing - my favorite method is a low-and-slow braising for a pot roast or sliced roast beef.
You won’t be disappointed!

What does “grass-finished” mean to us?
The terms “grass-fed” and “grass-finished” can be pretty confusing.
For purposes of transparency, the beef we currently have for sale may not have been 100% grain-free. We purchased these steers when they were young, but they might have had a small amount of grain when they were at their previous home.
Once they arrived to Huhta Homestead, they spent the remainder of their lives (17 more months) on a grain-free diet, made up of pasture grass, hay, and occasional garden veggie treats.
